I started school almost 2 years ago.  I installed Adobe on my laptop and my desktop for a backup.  For Christmas this year I recieved a new laptop and would like to use it for my schooling instead of the old one.  It is quicker and just a better computer.  Is it possible for me to uninstall everything from my old computer and reinstall it on my new one?

Please help.

Thank you.

Yes - sign OUT of your account on old and uninstall and remove https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

Then Cloud Manager to install all programs https://www.adobe.com/ie/creativecloud/desktop-app.html on new

Don't they need to deactivate the application on the computer it's being removed from?

If so, see here: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/activate-deactivate-creative-cloud-apps.html

No.  Unlike Creative Suite, when you install Creative Cloud on a 3rd device, the other installations are automatically de-activated until you re-activate one.
