How can you lose all Creative Cloud apps if they are installed on your machine?

Which operating system do you have?

  1. Open your Creative Cloud Desktop App.
  2. Click on your Avatar (top right image).
  3. Sign-out.
  4. Close all apps.
  5. Restart your computer.
  6. Open Creative Cloud Desktop app.
  7. Click your Avatar.
  8. Sign-in with your paid Creative Cloud plan ID and password.

Thank you Nancy.

Its now fixed!

I tried your instructions above several times as soon as I lost my Apps. What I saw after installing Captivate was every App installed said Start Trial. I could open Apps but only with a 7 day trial.

The problem in case anyone else has a similar issue was I used to log in as Personal User but now when I log in as Business User my Apps are now available again.
