Installing Adobe Elements onto my new laptop

HI ,  I originally had Photoshop 7.0.  that is listed on my adobe account. I upgraded to Elements 9,0 and Organizer somehow..but I don't have the serial number.  I get updates etc on it.   I bought a new laptop and want to install the Elements etc on my new laptop.  I believe you can have it running on two pcs.  I can't download it from Adobe as it only shows v7.0.    So how can I install/move v9.0 to my new pc?

You must have a serial number to install

Lost information - see reply #1 in https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2008767

kglad links in reply #1 here https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2571370 to download program installers

That is, of course, if your old program will even install on Windows 10

Two ideas that MAY work to install and/or run old programs in Windows 10

-RIGHT click the program icon or EXE and select a compatibility mode in the pop up option window

-or Run as Administrator http://forums.adobe.com/thread/969395 to assign FULL Windows permissions may help... this says Encore, but is sometimes required for ALL Adobe programs (this is NOT the same as using an Administrator account) so follow the instructions, substituting the name and location of your specific program for Encore
