Interactive Spreadsheet within a PDF

Hi Community, I'm trying to figure out if there is a way to create an interactive PDF with a spreadsheet that can be sorted by the viewer depending on their data interest. If that is not achievable in a PDF, I know you can embed an excel spreadsheet in a Microsoft Sway and still have the interactivity of the sorting function, but are there any other options? I'm trying to create an interactive newsletter with data that can be tailored to each user. Maybe a website would be better? Open to all suggestions here. Thanks!
