Invoice Clarification - Adobe Stock Charge

My card, which has not been used with our CC subscription in almost 3 years (I purchased a stock image with it at the time), was suddenly charged a few weeks ago and I'm trying to figure out what the charge was for. This was on the invoice:

Adobe Stock OD ALL MLP Internet Order MUN TIER 2 OVERAGE

Can anyone tell me what this means? We do not currently have an Adobe Stock subscription and it doesn't appear as though anyone in the office downloaded anything through Adobe stock.
