Not only that, but the "full price" listed there is double what Adobe actually charges ($599.88/yr if paid upfront, $635.88‬ if paid monthly). I say "scam" also.

syxdesign, if you want to subscribe to CC All Apps, buy it from Adobe or an authorized reseller, and report these guys to the Adobe fraud prevention team.

(Note: I just checked, and according to Adobe's reseller partner portal, there are no authorized resellers based in Singapore. This doesn't mean people or businesses in Singapore can't buy Adobe products, just that no business in Singapore is legally able to sell it.)

It appears they are selling a corporate volume license to individuals.  A scam at best and outright theft at worst.  It's not worth the risks.

I'd suggest you go this route: https://www.adobe.com/sea/genuine.html

Click the Report non-genuine software link and fill out the form.

It really is. Sounds too good to be true and the pricing doesn't even make sense!? An Individuals "All Apps" plan* usually costs $52.99/month (Annual plan, paid monthly) or $79.49/month (Monthly plan). Neither of these options even add up to $1,211 as advertised on that website...

What is the URL of that site?

A search for Software Originals doesn't turn up anything.

Also if it is real it is for One Year Only and only a little cheaper than the deals Adobe has had going on for the All Apps plan which IIRC is 19.99 a month for the FIRST Year. then it goes up to the normal price.

But ask yourself "Is It REAL"? There is no thing as a Free Lunch.
