It paid for twice

Question

Hi , I subscribe to Adobe creative cloud for 3 month ago

I checked my bank detail today It paid for twice of 1 month

In Jun 19 I subscribed that day I paid fee and than in July 19,20 tow times withdraw the money to Adobe

also in August 19,20 it paid twice

So, How can I pay back to money ?

There is only 1 subscription which youare paying once in a month.As you have mentioned that you have been paying twice it seems there is another subscription associated with another email.You may contact customer care for further support.Link to contact customer care is already shared above.Thanks,Sarita
