It won't install...

I am being told this will not install because I have not paid.  I HAVE PAID!  I have my confirmation email AND I have proof my transaction went through the bank.  I cannot contact anyone because it refuses to sign me in until I pay!  I have an assingment due.  What in the world am I supposed to do?  Anyone else experience this issue?
