Libraries White Paper?

I want to switch my team over to using Adobe CC Libraries to share templates and common files, but I need to write up a proposal to pitch it to our leadership. We have it enabled as part of our enterprise account, but we're not actually using it yet. Is there a white paper / doc that goes deeper than the marketing copy on the main product page that I can pull from to write my proposal? I'll probably need to address things like security, potential downtime, etc.
