LUTS Across Platforms

I have noticed that you need to install LUTS for Lumereti color into every individual app that you use.  For example Premiere, AfterEffects, Media Encoder.  Not only is this inconvenient, heaven forbid you forget to install the LUT into one of the apps that you use.  Then it simply goes down the list, and uses the 4th one down (for example), regardless of which LUT that happens to be.

Is there some way to install them once, for all your Adobe CC apps?
