Migrating to New Computer

Guys,

I've spent a lot of time working Photoshop and Lightroom to where i want them.  The look, layout, brushes, actions, presets etc.  I have just purchased a new computer and installed both these programs onto my new computer... rather IT did.  I've got my plugins all back in but am at a loss on how to transfer all the rest of these things and perhaps others I don't even know I should.

I have done some research online but all seem quite complicated. 

Could it be as easy as finding my way to appdata, copying everything there and pasting into the same file on the new computer?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
