Migrating to new system

What are the correct steps to reinstall Creative Cloud and the various apps (Photoshop, Bridge, etc) onto a new computer I am purchasing. Is there anything I need to do with the programs on the old system before I set up the new one or is it as simple as downloading the Creative Cloud app then download the programs I need? Thanks for any help.
