Mixamo rigs won't download, "execution expired" error

I've been using the Fuse beta to make characters and uploading them to Mixamo. After I upload them I use one of the predone animations and want to download the format in .DAE. Whenever I try to do this it won't let me. I get the error "ERROR occured on export: execution expired". From what I can tell, this seems to be an issue with the downloading taking too long and essentially "giving up". I've tried using different browsers and different Fuse characters but I keep getting the same error, specifically with the DAE file type. I'd appreciate any help, thanks!
