Question

My work was charged for a product i never purchased?

I signed up for a free account ages ago and never used a product or plan through Adobe Creative Cloud.  But somehow there is a $500 charge to my workplace in my name.  I never listed my workplace, nor my legal name or work-related emails into my profile, so how and why is there a product charge in my name to them?

It seems very common that stolen card details are used to buy Creative Cloud subscriptions. I suspect these are in turn sold as “bargain Adobe subscriptions” which run until it all stops working and the seller has vanished. I’ve read about this being done on industrial scale with games subscriptions.

So I suspect the charge is unconnected to your Adobe account, but your card is compromised and your business’s accounts people need to know that ASAP.

As suggested above, you're definitely going to need to reach out to Adobe Customer Support for this one. We are users, just like you, so we cannot dig into account information. Best of luck!
