Need help Please install Photoshop and Premiere Element 11

Hi, I've had to upgrade from my old trusty Dell Windowns 7 for many years to Windows 10 laptop, it dosent have a CD drive (Acer Perdator Helios 300) and wondering if you had a link to be able to download the software Photoshop and Premiere Element 11 or any recommendation to install onto my laptop?  I do have my original box manual serial numbers etc. Thanks
