I've moved this from the poorly named Community Help forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Get Started forum so that proper help can be offered.

You have to reinstall all apps, Adobe apps cannot be copied to a new drive. Note that if you are using CS1, CS2, CS3, Acrobat 7 or 8, this is now impossible, and the apps are dead forever.

I have uninstalled all Adobe CC programs and also the CC desktop app. Run the CC cleaner, restarted. Installed InDesign together with CC desktop and same thing happens.

Contact your IT department for assistance.

It sounds like a permissions problem.  You need admin level permissions to install software.
