Hi, First of all I want my money back as I bought one month of premiere pro, not a full year. I bought for one month the 11. June but you charged me for 11. July as well. Give me my money back!

I'm sorry that you are going thought this issue but this is a user forum and not Adobe Customer Support so we cannot help you with billing issues.

Are you sure that you didn't bought a monthly plan and not a one-month plan. Because in that case your subscription will continue without renewal notice until you cancel. Confirm the plan you purchased and make sure to check if you qualify for a refund How to cancel your Adobe Creative Cloud plan or membership.
