Not able to buy student plan

Hello, I bought one month of the student plan after several attempts, but for some reason my cc apps still say start trial. I've been trying to buy it again but it just doesn't allow me to buy. It says "There was a problem processing your order, please contact our Customer Service team on 0124 4003810 or 000 800 440 1751 for assistance."

I tried calling customer service but they never respond. This some really poor service from the company. When I go and check in my account it still says buy or subscribe, when i've already payed for a month of the student plan. Can anyone guide me to a solution for this problem? I don't understand why subscribing to a plan is such a problem.

Hey I got it fixed by contacting adobe customer service, the problem was my debit was not able to pay so I payed with another credit card
