Not able to cancel plan

Please cancel my InDesign plan.

I'm not using it anymore.

But I'm not able to do it. I got following message: There was a problem processing your request.

Log-in to your account with a different browser that supports cookies and does not have script blockers.

https://account.adobe.com/plans

 

Click on Manage Plans. 

Check that payment details are current otherwise you can't cancel.

If you still need help, scroll down to Contact Adobe button on the same page.
