Firewall desactivado

No hay antivirus.....

y así la larga lista de comprobaciones.

¿qué debo hacer para conseguir la instalacion?

Hi Maria%20amparor72098543,

Sorry to know that you are unable to install your Adobe CC apps as it fails with error code P206. And, thanks for sharing the steps you have already tried to resolve this issue.

Just to confirm, have you also tried the steps given here: Resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications, and did you see any Adobe related entries in the host's file of your machine? If yes, then did you manually reset the host's file? If you haven't tried the solutions given in this help document then please go ahead and try them.

If you see any entries in your host's file or the steps in the above document do not help, then please try the following: Do you have any of the following installed on your machine: anti-virus, system firewall, system optimizer, internet security & browser security software, browser security add-ons? If yes, then please turn them off for the time being.

Now follow the steps given in the below thread to manually remove the Creative Cloud desktop app from your machine:

Win: Photoshop Installation Failed

Mac: illustrator reinstalling free trial 1 day old!

After this reinstall, the desktop app from direct download links given here: Download Creative Cloud desktop app

Let us know if this helps.
