Question

Paid for Student Creative Cloud and nothing is compatible.

Recently my laptop crashed and I had to do a complete re-set, prior to this I had Creative Cloud with Photoshop and other programs. They worked perfectly fine, they were outdated versions but they worked. I'm a photography student, and also run a theatre company where I make a lot of our promo material and things like that on photoshop.

I get my computer running up again and download CC  and nothing will download. Nothing is compatible because my Macbook is out of date and can't be updated. I keep going around in circles on thenAdobe website trying to find the legacy apps, it keeps saying I CAN download older versions but I just keep getting lead to another page which is absolutely not helpful.

What can I do? Do I cancel my subscription before I've been charged? And what if I'm already charged? I haven't been able to find any "CONTACT US" for adobe and I'm honestly just getting really frustrated.

Changes to Creative Cloud Download Availability | Adobe Blog

I read somewhere that if you can't use the current subscription programs because you're computer won't run them that you will be allowed to cancel your subscription without the usual fee of paying half of the remaining balance

If that fits you (I think it does) you will have to contact support to get the special cancel option

The chat icon doesn't appear on my browser. Is there any other way to contact customer care?
