Payment problem and now all my apps are lost

Hi,

I had a payment problem that I have now rectified but my all my CC apps are missing and I cant find them/download them from my accounts page. I'm worried I have to pay for a new plan but that doesnt make sense because I'm already on one.

When I want to contact adobe it suggests I contact my IT department because I have registered my account with my student email to get the student discount, but it is a private account not related to my uni.

Any help much appreciated!
