photoshop payment

Hi,

I reside in Turkey. I have PHOTOSHOP CC.

About 3 months ago I couldn't use photoshop anymore

because my bank renew my credit card and something happened.

Now I am trying to put new information on the site but it says:Error.

It wont accept my credit card. I tried 3 different cards all the same.

Same cards work on everything else.

Funny part is that every month they are taking out some payment

about photoshop under the name DRI SHANNON IE.

Please glve me an idea about what to do. Maybe a telephone number.

This may not be the right group but this is all could find general discussions
