Photoshop v21.1 update failed.

I have Photoshop 21.1. in order to access Photoshop it requires me to click on update. When I try to update it goes through update for a while and then stops before it finishes it gives me an error code of "CODE 183".  And security risk W32.I am trying to update this Photoshop program, and nothing else. Does anyone have any suggestions?
