Want to scale down my subscription plan to only Acrobat Pro DC, Photoshop, and Lightroom. Is this possible?

yes, but if you have an annual plan you might incur a penalty.

Which plan do you have now?

If you mean you have the All Apps plan and want only those 3 apps so you pay less then that's not possible. Adobe does not offer the option to customise plans.

But there is the Photography plan and the Acrobat DC single app plan. I suppose you should contact Customer Care as suggested here: 2 hours ago.

Yes, that option is definitely available. I just interpreted this as trying to customise an All Apps Plan.

To get Photography+Acrobat Single App, the OP will have to cancel an All Apps plan and subscribe to two separate smaller plans.
