Plan Change

Hi,

So I  just changed   my plan. This month Adobe  charged me 19,99 but I just   changed my  plan and they immediately charged me another 10,23. I'm  assuming that they will refund me the other 9,76, is that right?

If anyone could  help I would appreciate it.

Hi there

When you change plan, you are charged for the new plan and receive a refund for any unused days on the original plan.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process.
