Plans

Hi, 

I am thinking of upgrading my plan to ALL APPS. I am currently on a photography plan (photoshop and lightroom) But I would like to use Premier, plus a few other apps. After a few months, if I change my mind, could I go back to the photography plan so my pay monthly bill would reduce without incurring charges or would I be tied in for a year to the larger fee?
