Please help, I tried to follow instruction, but I can't find the cancel plan option!

So I thought that I would like to try out the Adobe Acrobat program, and opted for a trial option. While a fee was to be paid for doing so, I opted in under the idea that I will be able to cancel the plan and get the money back by being refunded back to me. However, after using the program, when i tried to cancel the free trial plan, I couldn't find the option to, despite trying to find it under manage plan. PLEASE HELP.

Edit 1: I would really like to make sure the plan is cancelled if I have somehow managed to do so, and if it isn't I would hate to pay for a program which I did not realise I was subscribed for until I check my bank account.

Can a staff please check my account if it is cancelled, and if not cancel any plans associated with it? I apologise for the hassle it will cause but I simply don't know what to do.

Hi Kevin,

I see you have an Adobe ID under the same ID as associated with the Forums. There is no active subscription under this ID and also, there is an expired Acrobat trial associated with this account. Kindly be assured that you are not paying for any subscription.

For any doubts, you can also Contact Customer Care.

Feel free to update the thread for any other issues.

Thanks
