Please help! Your chat is always closed!
I am trying to cancel a subscription (which was not renewed, but you charged the card regardless). The reply you sent to my last post was unhelpful. We cannot cancel the subscription because the employee left our organisation nearly a year ago and we don't have the email or password anymore.
We are a charity, and would like this money refunded so we can use it to help people living in extreme poverty.
The links you gave me in the last post are useless as your chat is ALWAYS closed, and there is no phone number to call. Could you please give me an email address or phone number so I can speak to somebody to resolve the issue. Thank you.
