Printing to Ricoh Photocopier - Output Color Issues

Morning

I am one of 6 Mac Computers printing to a Ricoh color photocopier.

Had no problems printing last week - this week - not one document I print is the correct match

Greens are blue(fish) Blacks are dull etc.

We've taken the same file and printed it from everyone's computers - all fine.

My computer is an iMac running the latest operating system - test printed from Preview, Illustrator, photoshop - same issue all the time.

My Computer settings - Output settings are the same as everyone else.

Printer technician has over extended his stay and assistance - its definately NOT the printer - Its my computer.

SO... I thought I would print the same document from my MacBook Pro - Same issue.

Could it be my sign in or my software (subscription) with Adobe Creative Suite?

Have school project due - need to complete asap -

Help!!! and thank you in advance

Are you using a color profile or  letting your printer manage colors?
