Cannot complete the update from LR classic 8.4 to 8.4.1. The updating process hangs at 43% completion. Have to cancel the updating process. Tried several times after restarting the pc. Still havng the same problem.
My system : Windows 10 64bits. Creative Cloud Photography subscription.
Anyone having the same problem ?
Marcelh18302777, do you receive any specific error messages while applying the update? If not, then please check the installation logs for the error that is preventing the update from applying. You can find information on how to locate and interpret the installation logs at https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html.
