Bonjour à tous.

J'ai fais l'acquisition d'un nouveau pc et je ne peux réinstaller mon logiciel Ligthroom 6.

Je reçois toujours le message que mon code d'activation est faux alors que j'ai fais l'achat de ce logiciel.

S.v.p. me venir en aide, j'y ai déjà passé beaucoup trop de temps.

Do you have a serial number or only a redemption code?

The serial number has 24 digits and starting with 1160-... (German version).

The redemption code you can use only one time to get a serial number from Adobe. I think that you have done that in the past. So you must have a regular serial number.
