Probleme nach Premiere Pro CC Test Installation

Hallo!

Ich habe erst die Adobe Premiere Pro CC Testversion auf meinem iMac mit Os Sierra installiert... ohne Probleme.

Dann habe ich die Creative Cloud und Premiere CC gelöscht und versuche seitdem die Adobe Premiere CS6 Version – die ich extra gekauft habe und von Adobe selbst herunergelden habe – zu installieren, ohne Erfolg.

Ein befreundeter Admin konnte mir mit 2 Stunden seiner Zeit auch nicht weiterhelfen.

Soll ich jetzt 200€ umsonst ausgegeben haben weil ich eine Testversion getestet habe?

Wenn das immer so ist, werde ich mir keine Testversionen mehr herunterladen!

Wo finde ich einen Ansprechpartner von Adobe?

Hi Cassandra,

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble installing and activating your Premiere Pro CS6.

As you have mentioned this has happened after you installed the trial of PR CC and you have also worked with our tech support agent to resolve this, however it didn't help.

Please let us know the operating system of your machine so that we can help you with further troubleshooting steps accordingly.

Hello!

didn’t have had contact with your tech support but with a fried of mine, who is admin but couldn’t help.

The operating system is Mac OSX Sierra, the iMac is late 2009.

Thanks for the update Cassandra, please remove your personal details from your email signature when replying as this is a public forum accessible to all, I have removed it for now.

Since you have a Mac machine, please follow the steps given in the following thread to completely remove CC desktop app and its internal files and folders: illustrator reinstalling free trial 1 day old!

After this try installing your Premiere Pro CS6 again.

Could you also let us know if you are using the DVD to install the product or are you downloading it from somewhere? If you are downloading it then is it from this link: Download Adobe Creative Suite 6 applications.

Do you have any other Adobe products installed on your machine?
