I have the same problem. Its a joke! I need to cancel my subscription as soon as possible, please! could anyone help me????

Sorry to hear that you are facing issues with the cancellation.

I have checked your account details under the ID shared with the forums and noticed that you had signed up for Creative Cloud All Apps on 09 Apr 2017. I believe you are looking to cancel your CC subscription and hence moving this discussion to Adobe Creative Cloud​
