Ok, thanks for the confirmation, Renuelb37103336.  Do you manage the network yourself?  If so, then please make sure you are able to access the servers listed in Adobe Creative Cloud Network Endpoints so that you can access Creative Cloud application downloads and services.

It appears you are able to activate but when you begin the download process you then receive the Error P207 download error.  This is why you will want to confirm you are able to access the servers referenced above.

You can find more information on Error P207 at Creative Cloud download and install errors .https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html

Good day Jeff.

Please accept my sincere apology .

It was in fact my internet provider. I did in deed notify them.

Kind regards

Renuel

Branching to a new discussion.

Renuelb37103336 I am sorry to hear that you are facing problems.  What specific errors are you receiving?  I am showing an activation request was received as recently as today.

Good day .

Been receive the following message : the server is not responding currently (error code P207)

It is definitely not my internet provide , i have two devices on the same provider and only the one device get the error.

I have uninstall the the whole adobe package on my PC , because it cant update and cant install any adobe apps without getting the message.

I have done the following:

  1. Uninstalled the  Creative cloud,Lightroom and photoshop
  2. Cleared my registry on my PC.
  3. deactivated my firewall
  4. deactivated my antivirus

I did everything that Adobe said as well regarding this code.

Each time the installation stops at 18%
