I bought Photoshop and Premiere Elements  2years ago and loaded it onto my PC. I have now changed my PC and want to load the software onto the new one. The old PC is not in use. When I try to redeem the software the website states the redemption code is invalid and gives no advice what to do. Anyone know hope to get my software again?

A redemption code can only be used once. Once you use it to get a Valid Serial Number you should of made a record, either a hard copy, Written or Typed, or computer file type of record and made copies of that computer file, of that serial number for times like this.

Check your email for the email from Adobe that contains the valid serial number.

If you did not make a record of it and no longer have the email that contained the serial number sorry to say you may be SOL.

You use a redemption code one time to be given a serial number

When you install on a new computer you enter the serial number you were given

Deactivate programs on older machine then install on new one and activate by signing into your Account.
