Refund on Annual Subscription?
Hi there
I'm struggling to scroll down on the help page to actually contact Adobe, so thought I'd try here!
I purchased a subscription two years ago for a project that I am no longer working on. I've just noticed that I've been charged for next year's subscription. I've now cancelled the subscription (within 14 days of the renewal date) I hope I can get a refund (despite this being a renewal)as I have no use for the programme for the next year but can't find the answer to this question and am struggling with the help page.
