Reinstalling Win10/CC, recc. settings?

Im reinstalling Win10 and Adobe CC to get rid of Creator’s Update and have a stable PC again. Aside from the obvious ‘disable Windows Update’ are there other settings I should know about to optimize for CC? My main uses of the PC are PS, Premiere and AME. I can’t handle another 8 months of hell caused by Microsoft...
