Renewing subscription

Hi, I'm a student and I've had creative cloud now for about a year and a half but after a year they started charging me around £24 instead of £16. A few days ago I went back on to manage my account and saw I could change back to the student £16 deal. Since then I can't access my photoshop or anything else I'm just being told to renew my subscription which automatically renewed a few days ago. All my payment details are up to date as well. I would be grateful for any help as I really need to be able to use the creative cloud from home as I have a lot of work to do due very soon. Thanks.
