Sick of having to login every time I open LRC or PS

Despite numerous complaints to Adobe support over the past 6m and promises that it has been escalated to the senior team and that CC5.0 will sort it out, I am still getting kicked out of LRC or PS at start up and require to relaunch the apps and login.

Does anyone else experience this annoying behaviour? It did not use to work this way and it's the only app that I use that requires me to login, despite the fact that I am already logged into the CC5.0 app!

I do not have any problems of being Signed Out from any Adobe app I have installed.

This is something that is specific to your system even though it may happen to other people. Those other people, and yourself, suffer from the same system specific problem and is not the general behavior. 

Normally once signed in you stay signed in until you spefically Sign Out.

 

It more than likely has something to do with the file, and the location of that file, that says you're signed in.

 

Not sure I unbderstand what you mean by being kicked out of LR Classic and PS at startup? Do you mean the opening, starting, of the actual programs or the startup of your computer.

To be specific once the application has started up I get a message saying the app has to close down as I am not signed in. This is rubbish as I can see that I am signed in through the Creative cloud app. The app then closes down and I have to open it again. This time the app allows me to sign in. After this it works fine. It is an issue signing into the Adobe servers, not an issue with a missing file. I have reinstalled CC and all the apps, but the behaviour is the same. It may well be a problem specific to my computer, but the technical staff at Adobe have struggled over the past 6 m to sort it.
