Spark access denied in enterprise account but not in personal free account.

I can sign in to my enterprise account just fine and use and upgrade all the major apps, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc. But spark just says "Access Denied". I used Chrome, Firefox and Safari. I flushed my cache and even tried it on my Android phone.

I logged in with my free personal account that I pay nothing for and got in just fine. Is Spark just for personal use only? What's up?
