i go the student version of the cretive cloud app on another account earlier this year and everything was fine until this last month when it was saying i no longer had the plan but yet it was still downloaded and the payments are going out. when i open any of the apps it gives me different examples of plans to buy even though im still being charged for the one i had already. it doesnt give me any options to cancel it or change it as it doesn't say i have the creative cloud plan anymore.

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com

if it is, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
