There is an app preventing me from shutting down PC with "coresync" in the title

Whenever I shut down my PC, there is an app preventing shutdown that has a strange title that includes the words 'coresync'.  I searched on coresync and the only references come up as Adobe.  I tried uninstalling Creative Cloud and reinstalling, but the problem persists.  I ran virus scan and malwarebytes scan, but found nothing.  Attached is a screen grab showing the app title.
