Unable to purchase license in India

Hi guys, so I have been breaking my head for the past two hours trying to license my adobe Photoshop CC software and when it asked me to enter my payment details, India was not even listed. I wasn't even able to pay via paypal. Is there any other link for purchasing Adobe Photoshop CC in India? Because this is really frustrating.
