Unable to reach customer service nor to cancel my existing plan
When I was using my five day trial period, it was listed that my account will be renewed ONLY if I sign up specifically. However, my account was automatically renewed, and therefore, some money was charged (attempted, but I didn't put any money into that account at that moment. Therefore, nothing is charged at this moment). I couldn't see the cancel plan button, so the options from the official website and forum weren't helpful. Yesterday, I tried to contact the customer service during my travel, but I was disconnected several times from the system and couldn't reconnect. No one from the live chat could be reached, nor could I share this trouble with any of the staff members from Adobe since I'm travelling and phonecall would be expensive. Please! Can anyone help me to delete the existing plan and cancel the auto-renew, please?
