Uninstall PSE 15

I just upgraded to a new computer with the Catalina OS. PSE 15 was transferred over from my old computer and is not compatible. I'm trying to uninstall but keep receiving a message that I need to update my software first. I'm not able to update since it isn't compatible with Catalina. Are there any options to uninstall the software from my computer?
