Uninstalling Creative Cloud

I am trying to uninstall Creative Cloud, but it says "Uninstalled with errors" and now I cannot remove the Creative Cloud Folders on my laptop.   I am using a PC with Windows 10.   Any ideas?  Is there an Adobe phone number I can call?
