Unintsall Photoshop V22.0

I have a imac 27 inches 2017 model with 40 GB ram. I installed PS v22 yesterday but it fails to open. I wnet to Creative Cloud to uninstall the app abd reintsall it once again

but nothng happens. I am unable to uninstall or open it,

What needs to be done? Thanks in advance
