update not working , error 183

my photoshop is not updating. error code 183. i uninstalled Microsoft visuals, 210,2012,2015, still not updating??

Reneeg59312994, do you own and manage the computer and network that you are installing the software on? Error 183 occurs because the installation has been blocked - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html#error183.

Are you also encountering Error 210, or were you trying to indicate that you have removed the installations of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables?
