Want to cancel plan and can't find a way to achieve

I can't find the "cancel plan" option in "manage plan" page and I when trying other options I enter in an Infinite loop.

Can't reach the phone number either since is not a local country number.

I would appreciate any advice on how to request to be contacted by someonein Adobe.

As I understand you are not being able to cancel your subscription, Please contact the support through call/chat for the cancellation requests and the billing queries:

Contact Customer Care

**Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link above**

You can now self-cancel your subscription, see here:

https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/cancel-membership-subscription.html

Do go through the Adobe - Subscription Terms as well.
